Refund Policy

At Skapa Stil Concept, we are committed to providing exceptional personal shopping and styling services. Because our offerings involve personalized time, expertise, and external product sourcing, we maintain the following refund policy:


1. Service Fees

All consultation fees, personal shopping charges, and styling session payments are non-refundable once the service has been initiated or completed. This includes:

  • Style assessments
  • Virtual or physical shopping time
  • Wardrobe curation or outfit suggestions

We encourage you to ask questions before booking to ensure clarity on deliverables.


2. Product Purchases

If we purchase an item on your behalf from a third-party store:

  • Refunds or exchanges are subject to the policies of that specific vendor.
  • We will assist you in coordinating the return or exchange process if the item is:
    • Damaged upon arrival
    • Incorrect in size or type due to supplier error
  • Refunds are not available for items damaged due to misuse or incorrect sizing provided by the client.

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if you wish to initiate a return or exchange.


3. Customized or Final Sale Items

Items that are custom-made, on clearance, or marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.


4. Cancellations

  • Appointments or services cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time may be eligible for rescheduling.
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

5. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved (e.g., from a vendor or overpayment), please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and bank.
